Kubefun Privacy Policy

You may visit kubefun.online at any time without registering. When you access our website, our servers will record your referral source, advertising channels that directed you to our site, external websites you navigate to from our platform, your browser type, and IP address.
During this process, such information will not be directly associated with your personal identity. However, if you wish to actively participate in activities on the Kubefun platform or use our mobile application, we will need to collect certain personal information from you.
Upon registration, you will be required to set a password to unlock all services of the Kubefun platform.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by closing your account. For requests related to the Indonesian Digital Privacy Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022), please refer to Section VII.
“Personal data” refers to information that can identify you, such as your name, address, email address, mobile phone number, or payment details. Kubefun will record and process such personal data when you register for an account or use our services, including:
- Purchasing Bid Packs;
- Placing bids, winning auctions, or shopping via “Buy It Now”;
- Secure login.
“Usage data” is a general term for information that identifies a user and details of the services the user utilizes. For example, when you purchase bids, log in to the website, or win an auction, it includes your username and IP address. It may also include the frequency of your auction participation, analytical data, and records of auctions you browse online but do not participate in.
Kubefun may also collect relevant information when you search on the platform, participate in contests or questionnaires, or communicate with customer service.
We collect this data to protect your user rights and to help us personalize and continuously improve your experience. All data is primarily stored in Indonesia and Singapore, and managed with the assistance of service providers.
Kubefun is intended for general audiences aged 18 and over and is not directed at children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will immediately terminate the relevant account.
Our primary purpose for collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized platform experience. You agree that we may use your personal information to:
- Provide the services and customer support you request;
- Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems;
- Prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities and enforce our User Agreement;
- Customize, measure, and improve our services and content;
- Notify you of our services, platform updates, and promotional offers based on your communication preferences.
When you register for Kubefun, you will be added to our electronic communication subscription list. You may unsubscribe from newsletters and other marketing communications at any time by accessing Me – Settings – Notification Management within the App.
We will not share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes unless you have explicitly given your consent. We will share data with service providers that assist us in platform operations, marketing, and business activities, such as payment processing (supporting major Indonesian payment gateways including GoPay, ShopeePay, etc.), logistics fulfillment, and customer support.
Kubefun may also share your data for law enforcement purposes, to protect our business from fraud or abuse, or in the event that our company or assets are acquired by another party.
VI. Viewing / Updating Personal Data
You may log in to your Kubefun account using your username and password at any time to view and update necessary information. Upon your request, we will inform you at any time of the personal data stored regarding your identity or username.
VII. Data Protection Rights for Indonesian Residents
In accordance with the Indonesian Digital Privacy Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022) and relevant regulations, Indonesian residents have the following data rights:
- Right of Access: You may request access to the personal data we process, including the purpose of processing, categories of data, and third parties receiving the data.
- Right to Rectification: You may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal data under specific circumstances (e.g., upon your request, when data is no longer necessary, or in case of illegal processing).
- Right to Restriction of Processing: You may request restrictions on the processing of your personal data under specific circumstances (e.g., data disputes, ownership disputes).
- Right to Data Portability: You may request the transfer of your personal data to another data controller or to yourself in a machine-readable format.

VIII. Withdrawing Consent / Deleting Your Account
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you may withdraw your consent to our storage, collection, and processing of personal data at any time.
You may delete your data and deactivate your Kubefun account at any time through either of the following methods:
- In the App: go to Me – Settings – Privacy Setting – Request Account Deletion.
- On the web: visit https://kubefun.online/delete-account for instructions on how to request deletion by contacting us at account@gosea.co.
We will process your deletion request within 30 days.
Kubefun may retain data as required for regulatory, customer service purposes, or as defined in this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement.
If you choose to close your account, all remaining Bids will be forfeited.
IX. Cookies and Other Tracking Identifiers
Kubefun uses so-called “Cookies”, which are text files stored on your device. We retrieve them when you visit the site to help customize your online service experience.
The stored information supports site functions, such as tracking your bids and auction records.
Accepting Cookies is required for the proper use of our services, although you may adjust how your browser handles Cookies. Disabling Cookie acceptance in your browser may result in limited functionality.
Kubefun uses Cookies and similar technologies strictly to operate the website, keep you signed in, and understand aggregate usage so we can improve our services. We do not use advertising Cookies, and we do not use this information for cross-app or cross-site advertising, ad targeting, or to build advertising profiles about you.
By adjusting the privacy and security settings on your device or browser, you may manage how your mobile device and browser share information, and how your mobile browser handles Cookies and other tracking identifiers. Please refer to the instructions provided by your mobile service provider or device manufacturer.
Your Kubefun account and profile information are protected by a password.
Please do not disclose your login credentials to others; you are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
Kubefun will never ask for your password in unsolicited or unrequested emails.
Please remember to log out of your account and close your browser window when you leave the platform, especially if you are using a public or shared device.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, and we shall not be liable for the misuse of login data and passwords. Please notify us immediately if your login credentials have been compromised. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is absolutely secure.
If you receive a remote login alert, your account may be at security risk. Please immediately go to Me – Settings – Account Security to change your password and log out from all logged-in devices. If you detect abnormal account activity, you may contact customer service to freeze your account to avoid losses. If you want to delete your account and associated data, you can do so directly within the app settings, Me – Settings – Privacy Setting - Request Account Deletion. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.
XI. Contacts and Shipping Address
11.1 Access to Your Contacts (Address Book)
Kubefun may request access to your device's contacts (address book) for the sole purpose of making it easier to fill in shipping information. Granting this permission is entirely optional.
- We access your contacts only when you actively choose to select a shipping recipient from your address book. We use the selected contact's name and phone number only to autofill the shipping details for that order.
- Reading contacts happens entirely on your device. We never upload, transmit, store, sync, or share your contacts or address book with our servers or any third party.
- We only read the single contact you choose to select; we do not scan, collect, or index your full contact list.
- You may decline or revoke this permission at any time in your device's system settings. If you do not grant it, you can still enter recipient details manually, and all other features remain fully available.
When you place an order, win an auction, or shop via “Buy It Now”, we collect the shipping details you provide, including the recipient's name, phone number, and delivery address.
- We use this information solely to process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, to communicate with you about delivery status, and to handle returns or after-sales support.
- To deliver your orders, we share the necessary shipping details with logistics and delivery service providers. These providers may only use the information to complete delivery and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- We retain shipping addresses only as long as necessary to fulfill your orders and to meet legal, tax, or regulatory record-keeping requirements. You may view, update, or remove saved addresses at any time in the App under Me – Settings.
- We do not sell your shipping address or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
To protect against malicious registration, scraping, and automated abuse, this app uses Google’s security verification service reCAPTCHA.
reCAPTCHA may automatically collect certain device and interaction data, including but not limited to: IP address, device model, OS version, app information, mouse/touch behavior, interaction time, browser fingerprint, and related logs, solely to verify that users are human and to secure our services.
This information may be transmitted to Google for security analysis and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service:

reCAPTCHA data is used exclusively for security purposes and will not be used for advertising or linked to personal identifiers.
XIII. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you and highlight such changes prominently, and we will update the effective date below.
