Request permanent deletion of your KuBefun account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
Email us from your registered address
Send an email to account@gosea.co from the email address linked to your KuBefun account.
Include your account details
State your username and the phone number registered to your account, and use "Delete Account Request" as the subject line.
We verify your identity
Our support team confirms the request comes from the account owner. We may ask you for additional details.
We delete your account
Once verified, we permanently delete your account within 30 business days and confirm the result by email.

Requests sent from an address other than your registered email cannot be processed.

Data we delete
- Profile information, including your name, email address and phone number
- Bidding and auction history
- Device identifiers and push notification tokens
- Support conversations and content you uploaded
Data we retain
- Transaction and payment recordsRequired by tax and financial regulations
- Records related to fraud preventionRequired to protect other users and meet our legal obligations
Retained records are kept only for the period required by applicable law, are not used to re-identify you, and are deleted once that period ends.
